Project Heimatt / Prosjekt Heimatt
was established Nov 10 2014 with the purpose of bringing home to Orkdal The Norway Pavilion, a stave church copy made for The World’s Columbian Exposition in Chicago 1893. Within just one year The Pavilion came – in parts – to Orkanger harbor, and it will be erected in September 2017.
